As a former international Taekwon-do and Kickboxing athlete, champion and coach I have tried and tested my methodology incorporating multiple training disciplines.

I have a passion for strength training. I can teach you how to use a barbell and dumbbells alongside plyometrics safely, to increase your strength and aesthetics.
I work with a range of clients spanning from office workers through to international athletes to improve their health and performance.
