Ironman
As a lot of you know I competed on Sunday the 14th of September in the Ironman 70.3 Weymouth race. This was my final race of 2025 after a season including 2 olympic distance triathlons, The Great North Swim, and the T100 in London. It's been a fantastic year of racing and I have just enjoyed a week off to let my body recouperate ready to start the winter block of training. A huge thank you to all of my clients that have been so supportive and encouraging this year and of course a huge well done to everyone that has also been pushing themselves this summer. I have been fortunate to work with triathletes, runners, ultra runners, skaters, dancers, boxers, rugby players, football players, MMA fighters and much more. I love hearing about your journeys and succsses. Also, a huge well done to all of my clients tht are not athletes, but continue to better themselves everyday and being the best version of themselves for their family and friends. I salute you!

Packages and Memberships
A couple of people have asked so I thought I would take a second to clarify the differences between a package and a membership.
A package is a set number of appointments that you have purchased e.g. a sports massage package is 4 appointments, that you can book whenever you want. There is no expiration date and you can share your appointments with family and friends if you so wish. A membership is a rolling monthly price, for a set number of appointments per week (although I am flexible with this) if you want 2 in one week and none the next thats absoluetly fine). For example the sports massage membership is £40 cheaper than the sports massage package of 4, but will come every month.
I hope that is nice and clear, and if you would like to purchase either a membership or a package you can do so here-
Any questions, please let me know :-)
