Knee & Hip Rehabilitation Exercise Examples

Here is a small example of some of the exercises I use to strength my knee and hip on my left side.

I have had a hip replacement and dislocated my left knee last year playing basketball.

I make sure there is always a combination of strengthening and mobility exercises. I perform isometric, unilateral, and plyometric exercises. My aim is to reduce my risk of further injury, reduce pain and potentially return to sport.

Have any questions about any of the exercises? Be sure to drop me a message.

Remember we are vastly increasing our opening hours after next week. You will be able to train or receive therapy from 7 am - 9 pm every week day and 7 am - 1 pm on Saturdays.

I look forward to seeing you in clinic very soon.

Many thanks,

Phil
