Rehabilitation Exercise Packages Now Available

Are you recovering from a recent injury? Do you have an old injury that still causes you pain or discomfort? Do you have unstable joints, muscular or biomechamical imbalance?
We provide 121 rehabilitation appointments to remove your pain and/or increase your performance.
There are 3 stages of muscle regeneration. The acute phase- normally the first 3 days involves pain, swelling, redness and loss of function. The subacute phase is typically from day 3 to 3-4 weeks. This stage is marked by new growth of connective tissue and capillaries, to help repair damaged structures. If you are in the acute or subacute phase of your injury please book a pain and injury appointment instead so we can assess your injury and treat the soft tissue.
The third phase is the chronic stage of healing. This includes the body remodelling soft tissue where the damaged tissue was. The start of this phase varies upon the severity of the injury and can start from as soon as 2-3 weeks up until 6-8 weeks. This is where Rehabilitation exercise is vital and you should book your rehabilitation exercise appointment.
Once we have established you have regained full range of motion, we then look to improve your proprioception, closed chain strength and open chain strength. Once this is achieved we move on to plyometrics and finally we on to return to play drills and assessments.
