New Equipment, Increased Time, Updated Costs

The Sport Clinic has seen a lot of improvements and updates over the last few weeks. I have invested in new massage tools, performance measuring equipment and even bigger and more exciting treatment tools to come in the very near future.

I have invested in a new digital dynamometer that records range of motion and strength forces. This enables us to precisely track your progress and allows us to make data driven decisions on the advancement of your rehabilitation.

This week I am getting a delivery of a class 4 laser, to trial for 4 weeks. This is very exciting as it is high end equipment that is used by NBA and Premier League teams to treat a number of conditions such as soft tissue injuries, arthritis, tendonitis, plantar fascitis, chronic back pain and more. If you book a pain and injury appointment during that time, and it is appropriate for your condition I will ask if you would like to try some laser therapy as part of your treatment plan, it is completely optional. Your feedback will be much appreciated.

Injury Rehabilitation - I have increased the time from a 45 minute session to 1 hour. This gives more time to measure your improvement (using our new kit), do more exercises, and update your 'at home' training. A single appointment has increased from £30 to £35. a 6 session package has increased from £160 to £180.

Sports Massage - I have increased the available time for an appointment from 45 minutes to 1 hour. This will give us more time on the table being worked on, and to utilise more stretching and exercises in an appointment without having to rush. The cost has increased from £39 to £45 (still around £10 below the average cost for the area from a qualified sports masseuse). The package including 4 x sports massages has increased to £150, saving you £30 compared to single appointments. Price increases are only for new appointments or packages.

If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I am very proud to be constantly evolving the clinic and my skillset, providing high end sports therapy to my awesome clients!
